ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival at Torres del Paine National Park – Grey III Navigation

Your adventure begins early with a shared transfer that will take you to the spectacular Torres del Paine National Park. Along the way, you will be captivated by the region’s unparalleled landscapes, featuring towering mountains, expansive valleys, and shimmering lakes. Upon arrival at Hotel Grey, you will check in and prepare for a one-of-a-kind experience: the Grey III Navigation. This journey across Grey Lake will bring you close to the awe-inspiring Grey Glacier, where you will marvel at its mesmerizing blue hues and the majestic icebergs floating in its waters. This unforgettable excursion will take you to the heart of the iconic Grey Sector, one of the park’s most astonishing natural treasures.

Day 2: Hike to the Hanging Bridges

This day will offer you a unique experience. To enjoy a spectacular view of Grey Glacier, spend between 3 and 4 hours (round trip) heading towards the famous hanging bridges, one of the best viewpoints of the glacier. Along the way, you will be able to admire the majestic ice and imposing floating icebergs, as well as the breathtaking ravines created by the rivers and waterfalls coming from the Olguín Mountain Range. This journey will allow you to enjoy unique landscapes, where the natural beauty and power of Patagonia are present at every step

Day 3: Hike to Paine Grande

The hike to Refugio Paine Grande will immerse you in some of the most spectacular landscapes of Patagonia. As soon as you begin the walk, you will be amazed by the breathtaking views of the Southern Ice Field and the icebergs floating in Lake Grey. The trail ascends through a mountainous forest until you reach the often windy viewpoint of Grey Glacier. From there, you will continue along the route, heading toward Laguna Los Patos, where the descent begins through a narrow and windy valley, leading you directly to Refugio Paine Grande. Enjoy your dinner at the refuge.

Day 4: Full-Day French Valley Hike

Today’s hike will be a round trip starting and ending at Paine Grande Lodge, so getting an early start is essential. After enjoying breakfast, pick up your box lunch and get ready for this adventure. The trail leads into the heart of the park, skirting the crystal-clear blue waters of Lake Skottsberg. After about 2.5 hours of hiking, you will reach the Italiano Camp (ranger station), where the ascent into the French Valley begins. From there, you will pass through large rocks and cross a lush forest, eventually reaching the stunning French Plateau

viewpoint. At the plateau, you will be rewarded with breathtaking views of Los Cuernos, turquoise glacial lagoons, and the awe-inspiring hanging glaciers cascading down the eastern face of the Paine Grande massif (3,050 meters above sea level). If you are lucky, you might hear the thunderous roar of calving ice and waterfalls, and perhaps even witness an avalanche—an unforgettable natural spectacle.

Take time to enjoy your box lunch and a well-deserved rest amidst these unparalleled landscapes. Afterward, descend along the same trail back to Italiano Camp and continue to Paine Grande Lodge, completing an unforgettable journey into the heart of Torres del Paine National Park.

Day 5: Hike on Las Carretas Trail and Return to Puerto Natales

Enjoy a delicious breakfast in the dining area of Refugio Paine Grande and mke sure to request your box lunch for the day. Take some time to explore the surroundings and enjoy the tranquility of the area before starting your journey back. You will return via the same Las Carretas trail, and once you reach the administrative area, a private transfer will be waiting to take you back to Puerto Natales, where your unforgettable experience will come to an end.

RESTRICTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

This program is not recommended for children under 10 years old.
Passengers must be able to carry their personal belongings throughout the program.
We recommend using a 40-liter backpack.
We offer luggage storage at our Puerto Natales office from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 hrs (office hours) for those who wish to leave their belongings during the trek. After office hours, this service has an additional charge.
