If you are in Patagonia, live the experience of visiting an Estancia, where you can discover the Patagonian life.
This experience begins with a 40-minute boat ride through the Ultima Esperanza fjord to Estancia la Peninsula. Upon arrival you can choose between horseback riding or trekking for approximately 2 hours. You will then enjoy a traditional Patagonian lamb barbecue (vegetarian option available), followed by a demonstration of how sheepdogs work and sheep shearing. These activities are accompanied by a detailed explanation of the history of the Estancia and working on a Patagonian ranch.
Itinerary
09:00 Departure.
09:40 Arrival at the Estancia and coffee break.
10:00 Activity begins, either on horseback or walking. A 2-hour tour of the area with views of the fjords, mountains and Patagonian forests.
12:00 Cocktail and barbecue.
14:00 Show of herding dogs and sheep shearing.
16:00 Departure back to Puerto Natales.
16:30 Arrival to Puerto Natales.
NOTE: The meeting point is at the Pier (located in Puerto Bories, Puerto Natales), the departure of the boat is at 09:00.
