At VERTICE, we know that when you are about to start the adventure of a lifetime, every minute counts. To help you connect with nature as quickly as possible, we are excited to announce the launch of our new Pre Check-In platform, designed exclusively to streamline your arrival at our locations.
How does the new Pre-Check-In work?
The process is very simple, and you can complete it from the comfort of your home:
1. Check your email: We´ll email you 60, 15, and 4 days before your trip. Prior to your first stay with us, you will receive an email from VERTICE. In this email, you will find key information: your reservation number and the full name of the reservation holder.
2. Access the platform: Click the link in the email to start filling out your details. You don’t need to complete everything all at once! You can log in as many times as you like, and your progress will be saved automatically.
3. Invite your travel companions to complete their own check-in: The reservation holder doesn’t have to do all the work. Once on the platform,
share the process with your companions so they can also register and complete their own Pre-Check-In.
4. Upload your immigration document: Exclusive step for foreign travelers. If you are traveling from abroad, the final step of the registration process is to attach the immigration document provided to you upon entering the country. Log back into the platform and upload it as soon as you receive it. Important: If this document is not digitized on the platform, you will be required to pay the local accommodation tax (19%) upon arrival at each lodge or campsite.
On the day of your arrival
When you finally arrive at each lodge or campsite, the process will be as follows:
1. Connect to our network “ONAFI.CL”
2. Sign in digitally by scanning the QR code located at each of our Units.
3. Head to reception to validate your information and receive your booked services—ready to rest or keep exploring!
“What if I didn’t get a chance to complete it?”
We strongly recommend completing it at home to save valuable time. However, if you do not complete your Pre-Check-In prior to your trip, you will need to go through the entire process in person upon arriving at your first VERTICE destination.
