• The excursion has two daily departures AM and PM. Departure 08:00 am (boarding at 07:00 am at Muelle Prat). Departure at 14:30 hrs (boarding at 13:30 at Muelle Prat).
• Departure is with a minimum of 20 passengers.

• Given the nature of Patagonia, we recommend the use of the following items: Warm and waterproof clothing, hat with earmuffs, personal backpack with nylon bag to carry cameras and others, gloves, use of sunscreen, shoes.
• The company is not responsible for damages or loss of equipment, money, etc., during the excursion.
• Minors on the excursion will be the sole responsibility of their parents or the adults with whom they are traveling.
• Causes for suspension of excursions:
• The Maritime Authority may at any time suspend the sailing if the sailing conditions are not adequate for the safety of life at sea.
• The Captain or Master of the vessel may suspend sailing at any time if he considers the sailing conditions to be unsuitable.
• The Captain or Skipper may prevent the navigation of any passenger if he/she considers that the passenger may endanger the vessel or its members, as well as if he/she determines that the person, for reasons of capacity or illness, is not fit for the excursion.
• In case of suspension of the navigation for weather reasons or for not reaching the minimum number of passengers for the departure, the costs of the activity will be reimbursed.
