We leave from the “Hotel del Paine” in Villa Serrano, Torres del Paine and set sail in speedboats to navigate the majestic Serrano River, which is fed by the melting of the Grey, Tyndall, Geike and Balmaceda glaciers. After about 40 minutes of navigation, we arrive at the spectacular waterfall of the Serrano River, where we disembark to walk for about 15 minutes through the native forest until we find the second boat. During the trip, we can enjoy an impressive view of the Tyndall Glacier from the viewpoint, part of the majestic Southern Ice Field. We then arrive at Bernardo O’Higgins National Park, where we take a 30-minute hike to reach the impressive Serrano Glacier Lagoon, located at the foot of Mount Balmaceda. Afterwards, we board the catamaran of the tourist company “21 de Mayo” and enjoy a delicious Magellanic barbecue at Estancia Perales. Finally, we returned to Puerto
Natales at 5 PM, after having lived an unforgettable experience.
