Cerro Benitez offers one of the best sectors to learn and practice rock climbing, with an incredible landscape surrounded by mountains next to the Sofia Lagoon where you can also admire the majestic flight of the condors that live near this place. The walls of conglomerate rock are amazing and enjoyable because there are routes for all level climbers. Located 25 km from Puerto Natales, this sector is equipped with more than 100 routes with difficulties between 5.6 and 5.13+ in the American climbing grade. We start climbing the easier routes to warm up and then we try more routes increasing the difficulty. During the activity we will climb several mono-long routes where the guide places all the belays and the top rope. We provide all the gear and certified climbing guides to perform this activity.

Itinerary
10:00 Pick up at hotel.
10:30 Arrival to Laguna Sofía. Approach hike.
10:45 Equipment and briefing, start climbing.
13:00 Snack time and continue climbing.
15:00 Return to Puerto Natales.
14:30 Drop off time.
