  • This program is not recommended for children under 10 years of age.
  • Passengers must be able to carry their personal belongings for the duration of the program.
  • We recommend using a 40 liter backpack.
    We offer luggage storage at our office in Puerto Natales for those who wish to leave their belongings during their trek.
  • All excursions are subject to weather conditions. In case of cancellation of activities, alternatives will be provided.

ITINERARY

Day 1: Catamaran - Paine Grande

Today your adventure begins. You will leave early from your hotel in Puerto Natales, in a private transfer that will take you to the bus station. From this place the bus will depart to Torres del Paine National Park, exactly to Pudeto to board the Hielos Patagónicos catamaran, which will sail for approximately 35 minutes across Lake Pehoé, arriving directly to the Paine Grande refuge.

Free afternoon in Paine Grande.

Arriving at Paine Grande after checking in you can make the hike to Mirador Grey.

Day 2: Hike to the French Valley -British Viewpoint

Today’s hike will be a round trip, starting and ending in Paine Grande. Travel to the heart of the park, bordering the blue waters of Skottsberg Lake. After approximately 2.5 hours of hiking, you will arrive at the Italian (ranger) camp, where you will begin your trek into the French Valley. Climb over large boulders and then continue through the forest until you reach the French Lookout. Here, you will be rewarded with incredible views of Los Cuernos, turquoise glacier lagoons and amazing hanging glaciers that tumble down the east face of Paine Grande mountain (3,050 m.a.s.l.). If you are lucky, you can hear the thundering sound of the glacier and falling water, and it is also very common to witness an avalanche. Enjoy your box lunch and a well-deserved rest. After a rest continue to get the ultimate reward, the view from the Mirador Británico.

Descend the same trail to the Italian camp and then to the Paine Grande refuge.

Day 3: Patagonian Ice Catamaran - Paine Grande

Enjoy breakfast in the dining room of the Paine Grande refuge and don’t forget to order your box lunch. In case you did not get to visit Mirador Grey on the first day, you can take the morning to go and explore the spectacular panoramic views of the Grey Glacier.

At 17:30 hrs. you must take the catamaran that will take you back to Pudeto, where you will board the regular bus at 18:00 hrs. to Puerto Natales.
