KAYAK FIORDO EBERHARD

You will leave Puerto Natales and after 30 minutes you will arrive at Puerto Prat where you will be equipped with the appropriate clothing and will have a safety briefing to begin the kayaking.

The tour starts at the beach of Puerto Prat in the direction of the Estancia Puerto Consuelo. During the navigation you will be able to see many birds, such as black-necked swans, coscorobas swans, taguas, ducks and flamingos. On the way back you will stop for a quiet walk and enjoy a wonderful view of Torres del Paine and other surrounding mountains. You will continue sailing until you reach Puerto Prat where you will visit an old house of local settlers, who will be waiting for you to share a hot drink and some delicious sopaipillas with homemade jams, before returning to Puerto Natales.

ROCK CLIMBING– CERRO BENITEZ

Cerro Benitez offers one of the best sectors to learn and practice sport rock climbing, with an incredible landscape surrounded by mountains next to the Sofia Lagoon where you can also admire the majestic flight of the condors that live near this place.

Located 25 km from Puerto Natales, this sector is equipped with more than 100 routes with difficulties between 5.6 and 5.13+ in the American climbing grade. During the activity, several mono-long routes are climbed where the guide places all the belays and the rope on top rope.

The rock type corresponds to sedimentary conglomerate and the mono-long routes have a height between 8 and 30 meters.

CONDOR SIGHTING

We take you to discover and admire one of the largest flying birds on the planet, with a wingspan of 3 meters the Patagonian Andes Condor shows us its grandeur on the slopes and cliffs of Laguna Sofia. Leaving from Puerto Natales we head towards the area of Laguna Sofia, about thirty minutes away, to begin the trekking that will take us through a wonderful trail to the conglomerate rock walls where the incredible condors live. During this trek we will be able to observe different small birds, eagles and condors, as well as a diversity of flora depending on the season of the year. The view from the summit is really impressive as you can see the fjords and mountains near the Sofia Lagoon and its surroundings. After enjoying this beautiful place and its fauna, we return to the starting point to return to Puerto Natales.
