PHYSICAL DEMAND

RESTRICTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

• For kayak excursions we recommend that you dress with synthetic and warm clothes,sunglasses, sunscreen and a change of clothes. Bottle of water.
• Cave Paintings excursion, is a walk of approx. 3 horas in total, with somewhat steep and prolonged ascent. It is not recommended for people with vascular, respiratory and joint problems.
• Balmaceda & Serrano Glaciers Navigation: the passengers must show themselves in 21 de Mayo agency office or Puerto Bories.
