Timothy Dhalleine is an award-winning nature photographer and filmmaker who has lived in Chilean Patagonia for over 10 years. Timothy was born and raised in France, but moved to Torres del Paine National Park in Chile at the age of 23 to photograph the pristine nature of the southern part of the planet. Through his work, he explores the relationship between humans and nature while defining the essence of adventure.

Day 1: Arrival in Puerto Natales and welcome dinner

Today, you will arrive in the city of Puerto Natales, the gateway to Torres del Paine National Park. Upon your arrival at Puerto Natales airport, a private transfer will be there to greet you and take you to your hotel. After checking in, and depending on your flight’s arrival time, you can choose to relax or take a leisurely stroll to explore the beautiful surroundings and enjoy the stunning views. In the afternoon, we will head to the city center for a delicious welcome dinner. After dinner, we will return to the hotel for the evening

Day 2: Photography in Torres del Paine

Today we will visit one of the best places to photograph in the world: Torres del Paine National Park. We will leave Puerto Natales at 03:30 a.m., accompanied by our expert photography guide, to begin our experience photographing the sunrise in the park, specifically in the Pehoé sector. Torres del Paine National Park has more than 181,000 hectares of breathtaking landscapes all year around, whether in winter, autumn, or summer, with snow, clouds, or clear skies. Combining these awe-inspiring views and the expertise of our guide ensures an exceptional opportunity to capture remarkable photographs. Beyond its incredible scenery, the park is home to diverse wildlife, including its most iconic resident, the majestic puma. In addition to the famous granite towers, you can photograph magical sunrises, sunsets, waterfalls, towering mountains, turquoise lakes, glaciers, and abundant vegetation and wildlife. This destination is truly a paradise for both nature lovers and photography enthusiasts alike.

Get ready to photograph a place considered by many to be one of the most beautiful in the world!

We will conclude our tour with a stay at a hotel located in Villa Serrano within the park, where we will also enjoy a delightful dinner.

Day 3: Photography in Torres del Paine and Grey Glacier

On our third day in Torres del Paine, we will depart between 4:45 and 5:00 a.m. to capture a new sunrise. Each sunrise is unique, and we leave early to ensure we don’t miss any of the beautiful phases of light for our photographs. Following the sunrise, we will explore the western sector of the park, where we will embark on an unmissable excursion, we will sale to the Glaciar Grey.

We will first head to Hotel Grey to check in for the vessel tour, then take a 30 to 45-minute walk through Grey Beach to the boarding area. Our vessel will navigate to the Grey Glacier, offering spectacular views of radiant blue ice, floating icebergs in the gray waters, and stunning photo opportunities guided by our expert. We will capture unique perspectives of the Grey Glacier, the Paine Massif, lakeside forests, stratified rock hills, and snow-capped peaks reaching into the clouds. If we are fortunate, we may witness and hear the dramatic sight of ice calving from the glacier and falling into the water.

After disembarking, we will walk back along Grey Beach to Restaurant Río Pingo for a delightful buffet lunch. In the afternoon, we will continue exploring the park, making carefully selected stops to capture the best photographic opportunities. As the day draws to a close, we will return to Puerto Natales, reflecting on a day filled with unforgettable moments and breathtaking landscapes.

Day 4: Breakfast at the Hotel and transfer to Puerto Natales airport

Following breakfast at the hotel, and depending on your flight schedule, you may have some time to take a stroll through the city center, savor the scenic views along the waterfront, or pick up some local souvenirs. At the prearranged time, a private transfer will be provided from the hotel to Puerto Natales Airport, ensuring a timely departure. As your journey comes to an end, carry with you the cherished memories and awe-inspiring landscapes that have made this experience truly extraordinary.
