DESCRIPTION

The excursion consists of visiting the Grey Glacier navigating the waters of the lake of the same name, a must if you are in Torres del Paine.

The excursion begins with the check-in at Hotel Grey located in Torres del Paine National Park, you must do it 1 hour before departure. Then you will take a 30-to-45-minute walk to the embarkation area through the area of Playa Grey.
You will sail in a comfortable and modern boat to the Grey Glacier, where you will have spectacular views of radiant blue ice, icebergs floating in the gray water, feel the Patagonian wind and live a unique and unforgettable experience. In addition to enjoying views of the Glacier, you will have views of Cerro Paine Grande, the Paine Massif, forests at the edge of the lake, hills of stratified rocks, and snow-capped peaks that reach the clouds. If you are lucky, you will be able to see and hear ice chunks breaking off the glacier and falling into the water. During the trip you can choose an aperitif (Pisco sour, Calafate sour drink or juice).

Additional departure at 6:00 p.m., only during daylight months.

RESTRICCTIONS AND RECCOMMENDATIONS

Children four-years and eleven-months-old and younger are free.
Children between five and twelve-years-old have a modified rate.
Children thirteen-years-old and more have a standard rate (same as adults).
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Check-in begins one hour before each departure, and you must present your reservation.
This navigation requires a minimum of 25 passengers to departure.
The only way to reach the boat is to walk on Grey Beach for thirty to forty-five minutes to the boarding area. This walk is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or who depend on other devices to move.
In cases of attending with infants, the use of suitable backpacks is recommended.
This navigation does not include embarkation or disembarkation at Grey Refuge.
